Facility
A state-of-the-art production base spanning 46,200 m² in Jining, Shandong — one of China's largest construction machinery manufacturing hubs.
Advanced Production Lines
Our factory is equipped with 28 major production machines, including 2 precision/large/rare equipment units. The production process covers steel cutting, welding, machining, assembly, painting, and final quality inspection — all under one roof.
We operate dedicated production lines for concrete mixer truck chassis modification, drum fabrication, hydraulic system assembly, and complete vehicle integration. Each workstation follows standardized operating procedures with documented quality checkpoints.
Rigorous Testing
Quality is non-negotiable. We maintain a dedicated construction machinery reliability testing ground, three coordinate measuring instruments, an engine test bench, a hydraulic system test bench, and a transmission test bench.
Every machine undergoes a comprehensive pre-delivery inspection including load testing, hydraulic pressure testing, brake system verification, and road testing before leaving the factory.
Ready to Ship
We maintain an extensive parts warehouse and finished vehicle storage yard. Standard models are often available for immediate dispatch. For custom orders, our efficient production scheduling ensures competitive lead times.
Our logistics team handles all export documentation, container loading (for knocked-down units), RoRo shipping arrangements, and customs clearance support. We work with major shipping lines to deliver to ports worldwide.
